Digital marketing has changed the way businesses seek out and retain customers and has opened the doors for customers to have a say in how businesses operate. Interaction between providers and customers has also given customers as sense of power; this has given rise to sometimes unreasonable demands of providers with regards to future product development. Keeping on top of digital technology is not easy. You need to be able to interact digitally, deliver great apps and engage and involve your customers so that they become a part of your concept. Toward the end of the 90s, Web logs and blogging gave internet users a simple way to interact with providers.
